• Financial orders recorded on the Business Terminal

How do you activate the app?

Activation requires the existence of a valid Business Terminal Agreement or an enhanced security electronic signature traced back to your own qualified or qualified certificate. If you don't have a Business Terminal yet, find your personal contact or go to the nearest bank branch.

• Download, install, and launch the app on your smart (mobile) device.
• As a first step in activation, register your smart (mobile) device via the Business Terminal or the registration link and scan the displayed QR code into the application.
• After successful registration, enter a 6-digit unique ID: BusinessID PIN. You can now use this BusinessID PIN to access the application.
• Confirmation of the BID PIN will complete the application activation and the first login.
• Optional: To access the electronic document signing feature, contact your personal contact and sign the user statement for the service.

Technical conditions:

Client-side operating systems: See the Information menu for the minimum version number of the operating system.
In order to ensure the safety of our customers, the so-called We do not support the use of the BusinessID Application on a smart (mobile) device with a jailbreaked operating system, as this increases the risk of accessing personal and bank account information.
Further detailed technical and other terms and conditions for the use of the BusinessID Application are contained in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the use of the Business Terminal, the User Manual, and the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the use of the BusinessID Application.
